I applaud Mr. Duffy’s article in your Mailbag section (“Cease and desist progress?” March 24).
We too are in a legal battle with a competitor in a frivolous lawsuit.
This individual came to us looking to extract himself from what he considered an undesirable situation, no non-compete or an employment contract.
For whatever his reasoning, he should be able to change companies. Are we indentured servants? Was slavery not abolished? Live free or die?
Oh by the way, he left us after two years but the lawsuit continues. This lawsuit happy society is bringing us down a dark road.
